Neurodivergent people are under-represented at the senior levels of large organisations. We encourage neurodivergent people at the start of their careers or early in their working life to start thinking about how they are managing and what would help them.
Dual diagnosis: the uniqueness and challenges of double and multiple neurodivergence
Many neurodivergent people are neurodivergent in more than one way e.g. we can be autistic and dyslexic for example. This means that typical strategies and recommendations for each type of neurodivergence can miss the mark as they do not take account of the interactions between each area of characteristics.
