The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
• Personal identifiers, contacts, and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)
• If you book a service with us, we may have further information about you and/or your family if booking an educational related service with us
• We retain website user statistics although these are not connected with names or other contact information
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• By signing up to our mailing list
• Booking a coaching or counselling service with us
• Booking an educational advice or educational service provision
We use the information that you have given us for the purposes of delivering our service or, in the case that you have signed up to our mailing list for marketing purposes.
We will not share this information with any other party other than with your permission unless we are required by law to share this information for safeguarding reasons for example.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your personal information for 5 years unless we are required to keep records longer for insurance or regulatory reasons. We will then dispose your information by removing the information from our servers and electronic devices. Any electronic devices with hard drives will be disposed of in such a way as to render the drives inoperable.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
