Counselling

Our counselling services are designed for neurodivergent adults and parents and carers of children with additional support needs. We offer a neurodivergence-affirming approach, supporting both self-identifying individuals and those with a formal diagnosis.

We offer online therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, along with an affordable low-cost counselling service for parents and carers.

Together, we create a safe, validating space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

Our Counselling Approach

What you share in our sessions is confidential, except in situations where there are serious concerns about safety or well-being. When you start therapy with us, we ask for details of your GP practice for safeguarding purposes.

Our therapists undergo regular supervision to maintain their professional standards and improve the quality of our work. Client information is always kept confidential, and we do not share identifying details.

We follow the BACP Code of Ethics and are registered with the ICO. Our team works strictly within our areas of expertise and training, ensuring your safety and well-being.

Our key sensory, emotional and thought systems vary and neuronormative assumptions and misconceptions about neurodivergence can mean that as neurodivergent people we may feel unseen and poorly understood in therapy just when we need to be validated and seen the most.

Our counselling team has lived experience and has trained in supporting neurodivergent people.

We focus on how you feel and think, and seek to affirm, understand and support you in uncovering what has happened to you and how you wish to respond.
