Neurodivergent team members are more likely to be entered into formal performance or disciplinary processes, often report not being able to receive the right adjustments and can be under represented in senior management levels especially in large organisations. However, neurodivergent people have great strengths and abilities to contribute and yet often feel unsupported and frustrated in the workplace. Our team is experienced in working with neurodivergence and understands how to help individuals thrive and how to build supportive organisation and team structures.
