About Us

Our role is to support learners with SEND aged 0 to 25 years old in their education. We offer tutoring, literacy and numeracy interventions, personal development programmes, support with transitions and finding educational placements and also coaching for higher education and university students

We are a multi-disciplinary team whose ambition is for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, “SEND”, to achieve their dreams

Our team has worked for years supporting learners with SEND in their education through teaching and coaching, personal development work, teaching life and social skills and is expert at assessing the appropriateness of educational settings and in supporting transitions

Our Team

Our team includes specialists in supporting learners with a variety of additional needs including specific learning profiles related to autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, ADHD, sensory processing needs and other learning difficulties in addition to mental health related needs

Silja Turville leads the team and is familiar with the challenges for parents in supporting children and young people with SEND and has experienced at first hand the challenges in finding appropriate educational settings and support

Silja’s dream is to see each student with SEND in an educational setting where they will thrive and reach their potential as well as to see families and their children and young people experience real choice in educational settings that will be ambitious and provide the necessary support.  Silja has worked with the Dyspraxia Foundation in London to support individuals and families with dyspraxia and is part of the team developing a new school for children with speech, language and communication needs

Silja has a Diploma in Special Educational Needs Support and in coaching and has relevant education sector qualifications including paediatric first aid, mental health first aid, as well as multi-agency safeguarding and safer recruitment training
