Tishya Mei Balan is a dedicated  Assistant Educational Consultant, Junior Neurodivergence Specialist Mentor and SEN Tutor, committed to supporting neurodivergent children and young people in their education and personal development. With a BSc in Psychology, she combines a strong academic foundation with a compassionate, practical approach to help learners build confidence, develop essential skills, and thrive in their unique learning journeys.

Working closely with a diverse range of clients, Tishya provides specialist mentoring and SEN tutoring, tailoring support to each learner’s individual strengths and challenges. She works to create a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment, helping students overcome barriers to education and develop the self-awareness and strategies they need to succeed. 

Tishya also plays a key role in alternative education programs, collaborating with educational specialists to ensure that children receiving Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) or alternative provisions get the high-quality, personalized support they deserve. She is passionate about making learning accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for every child she works with.

With a deep commitment to understanding each child’s unique needs, Tishya helps families navigate the challenges of education with reassurance and expert guidance. She strives to make a real difference in the lives of her students, encouraging a sense of achievement and personal growth in every session.
