This personal insight enhances her ability to offer empathetic, real-world strategies tailored to ADHD adults, helping them to manage executive function challenges, improve productivity, and build confidence in both personal and professional life.
Kate co-hosts webinars alongside Silja, supporting neurodivergent individuals in overcoming work-related challenges and providing actionable strategies to navigate workplace environments effectively. She also runs a weekly "Get Stuff Done" Hour, a structured virtual co-working session designed to boost focus and accountability.
