At Acorn to Oak Education, we specialise in supporting children and young people who are struggling in their current school environment. Whether they need additional help within their existing setting, require support outside of school, or need a tailored EOTAS programme, we provide individualised interventions through tutoring and specialist mentoring.
We also offer expert advice and advocacy for SEND families, assisting with school searches, navigating the paperwork for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and providing guidance throughout the process. Our team is dedicated to helping you understand your rights and options, ensuring your child’s needs are met in the best possible educational setting.
We work with learners who have Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs), including dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, and dyspraxia, as well as those with additional needs requiring specialised educational support. Our deep understanding and holistic approach ensure that we build strong relationships with our students, fostering engagement, confidence, and academic growth.
Our team consists of trained specialists with extensive experience in supporting children and young people. We offer an initial session to discuss your needs and explore how we can help. Additionally, we can conduct an informal assessment of your child to determine the best approach for their educational support. This holistic process allows us to engage with students through meaningful connections, as we believe that relationships are the key to unlocking potential and learning.
