We offer monthly, 1.5 hour, targeted coaching sessions with a senior level executive coach for 12 months.

We will agree goals at the outset with regard to career progress and with a 12 month time period there is the opportunity for real change with actions between sessions.

With support from the coach, there is the chance to be re-evaluating and learning from the progress achieved throughout the year.

Our approach is affirming and supportive and we address together both what you want to achieve and where you want to go as well as what they barriers and obstacles may be in your environment.

A deep dive with psychometric testing can also be added at the start and we can also offer senior level mentoring monthly.

The up-front investment for 12 months of online coaching support is £8,850 plus VAT.

Our monthly 2 hour group coaching sessions throughout 12 months offer clients the chance to reach their goals with support from a group of like-minded professionals working with an experienced senior executive coach.

As with our individual sessions, we work by evaluating strengths and what is going well as well and what each individual wants to achieve.

We work from a place of realism about barriers and challenges to find ways round these so that each individual can access the working environments and supports that will help them to achieve their goals.

Clients can learn from the experiences of others in the group as well as share their own learnings obtaining validation and ideas from all present.

Mentoring and initial psychometric testing can be added should this be of interest.

Sessions are online and the up front investment is £2,250 plus VAT.

We work with organisations seeking to support specific individuals to help them move to the next stage of their career.

This can be to enable individuals to meet the criteria for advancement to specific roles or to a higher level of the organisation.

Within the coaching process we can also support individuals to develop the support within the organisation that they need in order to reach their goals.

We offer individual and group coaching programmes as well as psychometric testing and mentoring developing programmes to meet the needs of individuals.
