This lunchtime workshop is designed to help boost your thinking, understanding and awareness of how ADHD may be influencing your work life.
The goal is to help you reflect on what is going well and where you might benefit from doing things differently based upon your strengths and interests.
We will cover aligning your work life to your skills, interests and strengths and practical ways to think about what support will be useful.
Our lunchtime workshops are for small groups so that the sessions are interactive and more like group coaching than a typical lecture style webinar.
The workshop is led by Silja Turville, an experienced neurodiversity and business coach and investment professional with lived experience of ADHD.
