Silja is a specialist ADHD, autism and dyslexia coach with senior-level business experience within large multi-national organisations including as CFO and CEO. Silja has also worked with small and medium-sized businesses as well as start-ups.
With lived experience of neurodivergence Silja understands the challenges for neurodivergent individuals and has experieinced the positive impact of person-centred strengths-based approaches in helping us to reach our goals.
Silja is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach.
Silja has a post-graduate certificate in executive coaching from Henley Business School and has trained in supporting neurodivergent individuals completing ADDCA’s Simply ADHD and Personal Transformation training as well as the National Autistic Society Non-Medical Helper training.
Silja charges £150 per hour and accepts payment from Access to Work directly. Blocks of 6 or more coaching session cost £145 per session.
Coaching is by video call and Silja works with clients from all continents.

Silja specialises in working with clients who are neurodivergent in one way (such as ADHD or autistic) and more than one way where clients are neurodivergent in more than one way. Silja is a warm, encouraging and supportive coach that is also specialised in working with clients with long term wellbeing related needs.

Clients are often seeking to grow their businesses, develop their careers, and also make the most of neurodivergence by creating strategies that work for them. This is about seeking to customise the environment around us and accessing the right support to use our strengths rather than masking or coping which are exhausting and do not recognise the role of society and the environment in our challenges.
